Hospice Benefit at RiRa Irish Pub
Monday, August 13th 2012, we hosted a benefit poker tournament at RiRa to help out the Hospice Foundation. The tournament was put together by our friend and player David Sarich. David lost his father this year – and his father was helped out by the Hospice Foundation in his final days. So, David figured he’d show his thanks by helping them out.
We ended up raising just shy of $1000 for the Foundation! Thanks to everyone who showed up and contributed!
James Man acquired a large stack at the beginning of the tournament and maintained that lead throughout the night. Good job dude!
